In 2020, we adopted the Passivhaus standard on all our new-build projects. This is the first step in our ambitious plan to deliver all future schemes to Net Zero by 2030. With each project, we analyse both the up-front and whole-life carbon to refine our process and commit to reducing both with every iteration.

We believe this means specialising within a few key sectors and services. We predominately partner with affordable housing providers, delivering both highly energy-efficient new-builds and undertaking decarbonisation retrofits on existing stock.
As both a main contractor and a developer, we offer a range of approaches ; from a partnership model where we deliver projects from site acquisition through to operation, to more traditional procurement methods. In all instances, we believe we can and must look to exceed the energy performance targets set by Building Regulations by minimising energy demand and minimising embodied carbon as far as reasonably possible.
