Co-Founder & Director, Steve is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and long-standing fellow of RICS. Having successfully started and ran a cost & project management consultancy for 25+ years, Steve has worked across a range of sectors and helped deliver a number of multi-million pound schemes. Passionate about property development & regeneration, Steve began acquiring & refurbishing properties throughout his career. Having worked on numerous affordable housing developments, it was a natural progression to establish MWP as a development & contracting partner to Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Sonia Bowen

Director

Co-Founder & Director of the Business, Sonia is a qualified Solicitor who spent 25+ years at a prominent local law-firm - where she served as Partner & Head of Department. Acting as in-house counsel, Sonia oversees all contractual matters – ranging from conveyancing through to negotiation of Construction Contracts. Sonia also manages the companies property portfolio – overseeing a range of commercial & residential assets.

Harry Bowen

Project Manager

Harry Joined the family business in 2017, having completed an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL Bartlett. Harry started out as the site manager on Croft Court – during which he became a certified Passivhaus Consultant. Since then, Harry has worked with a number of Tier 1 Main Contractors on a range of major infrastructure projects. Passionate about construction management & the digital transformation of the industry, Harry is focussed on the successful delivery of our projects.

Ben Foulkes

Site Manager

With over 10 years experience as a carpenter, Ben transitioned to management in 2019 and has worked on a number of multi-million pound schemes. Ben is currently overseeing Millers Place, 40 No. Apartments to the Passivhaus standard. His keen eye for detail honed as a carpenter is well suited to the complexities of sustainable construction. Ben champions the use of technology on site; notably, it’s use in improving the health and wellbeing of our operatives.
