We acquired the former Natwest branch following a long period of vacancy and neglect. The fit-out was tailored to the tenant who undertook a full rebrand alongside the project. We significantly improved the EPC energy rating by overhauling the buildings fabric and the introduction of renewables and smart home technology – which included the use of air source heat pumps and an extensive solar array.
