This brownfield development of 17 No. apartments on the grounds of a former social club, was part of the Welsh Governments innovative housing program and was our first insight into high performance buildings and their role in combating fuel poverty. Situated on a highly constrained and sloping site, we obtained planning for a split-level development that incorporated integral retaining walls.
