Working in Partnership with MWHA, the Grade II listed former Magistrates Court & Territorial Army HQ was acquired in 2012. In the first phase of works, the existing buildings, which had fallen into a dilapidated state, underwent significant conversion and retro-fitting to produce a total of 13 apartments.
Having gained planning permission on the unused carpark to the side of the properties, we developed a purpose-built block of 12 No. apartments. Completed to an exacting standard, the development re-introduced much needed affordable housing back into the town centre.
